Facilities at The Comfy Spot include a lounge, with a fitted kitchenette and small dining area, a private entrance and a parking space. The bedroom offers the option of a kingsize bed or two single beds and has a bathroom with a corner bath, basin and toilet. It includes free wifi, TV and aircon.
This suite offers a seperate living room to relax after a day of sightseeing, fun in the sun or a long business day. The living room offers sofas, a TV with Netflix, a writing/small dining table and chairs, a ceiling fan and an airconditioner.
The Comfy Spot includes a fitted kitchenette with a counter top oven with two plates, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
Guests enter the property via a shared entrance with a free parking space conveniently located close to the front door.
A small verandah/patio offers seating, as well as a small portable braai. It is the ideal spot to end off and kick back after a long day.
The bedroom offers guests the choice of one king size bed or twin single beds, cotton percale linen, and plenty of wardrobe space. It also offers a ceiling fan and hairdryer.
The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and basin with complimentary bath products.
The Comfy Spot includes free, uninterrupted WIFI with no need to worry about load shedding as the suite includes a UPS backup and solar/inverter backup power.

Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:

50% (of deposit)

*Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, the full value of the quoted room rate will be due (up to a maximum of three days).
Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
It is advisable to ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.
This policy overrides the Booking.com Policy, that cannot accommodate our requirements.
